Luca Holdings – Harare-Beitbridge Road.

Luca Holdings was engaged in the construction and rehabilitation of sections of the Harare–Beitbridge Road, a critical transport artery linking Zimbabwe’s capital to the southern border.

Leveraging advanced machinery, skilled personnel, and strict quality-control processes, the project aimed to improve road safety, durability, and connectivity for commercial and public transport.

• Earthworks & site preparation- Cutting, filling, and leveling to achieve optimal road alignment and drainage.
• Pavement construction & surfacing- Layered sub-base, base, and asphalt/concrete surfacing to ensure long-lasting performance.
• Drainage & culvert installation- Storm-water channels, culverts, and roadside drains to prevent flooding and maintain road integrity.
• Road furniture & markings- Installation of signage, road markings, and safety barriers for enhanced driver safety.
• Maintenance & quality assurance- Continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
