Rufaro Stadium Rehabilitation

Under Contruck Africa, Luca Holdings carried out the groundworks and parking area upgrades at Rufaro Stadium as part of the broader rehabilitation programme.

The work focused on delivering a durable, high-capacity parking facility designed to improve traffic flow, safety, and accessibility for stadium visitors.

• Site clearing & preparation- Removal of vegetation, debris, and unsuitable materials to establish a stable working platform.
• Bulk earthworks & leveling- Precision cutting, filling, and grading to achieve proper levels, drainage fall, and surface uniformity.
• Sub-base & base construction- Placement and compaction of engineered layers to support long-term pavement durability.
• Parking area surfacing- Application of a strong, weather-resistant surface (gravel/asphalt/concrete as applicable) suitable for high-traffic use.
• Driveway & access road improvements- Construction of smooth, well-aligned access routes to enhance vehicle flow into and out of the stadium grounds.
• Storm-water drainage installation- Integration of channels, pipes, and catch pits to ensure efficient water runoff and prevent flooding.
